Royal Deer Mansraj was the beloved deer of Mughal Emperor Jahangir. It was known for its rare beauty and graceful nature. Jahangir raised Mansraj like a royal companion and often took it with him on hunting trips. One day, during a hunt near Sheikhupura, Jahangir accidentally shot and killed Mansraj. Deeply saddened, he decided to build a grand memorial for his favorite deer. That memorial became Deer Land Hiran Minar, a historical site that still stands today.
